Christianne incorporates Biblical Counseling with emotionally focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and art therapy techniques. Typically at session 4, Christianne gives each client a treatment plan outlining the client’s goal. For the next 4 to 8 sessions, client and counselor work toward meeting those goals. At session 8 to 12, they reassess to see if those goals have been met, and if so, the client will graduate from counseling. If goals are not met, Christianne and the client determine another set of session to complete before reassessing to see if the client’s goals are met.

There are five key reasons for this policy: To protect you from being labeled with a mental health diagnosis. If you plan to take advantage of our sliding scale fees for less than $85 a session, please provide proof of income. Payment must be received prior to each session.
